DV DIVINCH Shipping Policy

At DV DIVINCH, we are committed to delivering premium, handcrafted products with care and transparency. Please review our shipping policy for full details on order timelines, shipping options, and delivery expectations.

Order Cut-Off Time

All orders must be placed by 11:00 PM (local time) to begin processing on the next business day. Orders placed after this cut-off will be processed starting the following business day.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Production Time

Our shoe products are handmade and made-to-order, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship.


  • Standard Production: Takes approximately 7 to 10 business days.
  • Expedited Production: For an additional fee, expedited production is available. These orders receive priority scheduling and are typically completed in 3 business days.

Transit Time

After processing and production are complete:


  • For the United States: Orders are shipped via DHL and typically delivered within 3 business days.
    Note: We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
  • For Other Countries: Orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or other major international carriers. Delivery time varies depending on the destination.


For non-handcrafted or ready-to-ship items, the estimated transit time is 5 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing.

    • Expedited Production (priority scheduling): $79.90
  • Other Countries:
    • Standard Shipping (includes taxes): $19.90
    • Expedited Production (priority scheduling): $79.90

Order Tracking

  • If you have created an account with DV DIVINCH, track your order through your account dashboard.
  • If you checked out as a guest, track your order using your order number on our website.

Special Circumstances

  • Pre-Orders / Shipping Delays: Some products may be marked for pre-order or delayed shipping. Refer to the product page for estimated dispatch dates.
  • Marked as Delivered but Not Received: If tracking shows delivery but you did not receive your order, contact us within 3 business days of the marked delivery date. After that, the matter must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.
